6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure all necessary information is provided accurately during checkout.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return shipping fees incurred. A new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages: Chef's Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
