At Chief Edge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your ORDER # in the subject line if emailing us.
3. Our representative will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items that are custom made or personalized may not be returned or exchanged.
• Items that are worn, damaged, or scratched will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new item immediately after receiving your original item. You will not be charged for return shipping or the new item shipping.
