  • Standard: 3–9 business days, Orders 0–2kg — $14.90
  • Standard: 3–9 business days, Orders 2–30kg — $21.90
  • Standard: 3–9 business days, Orders $100 and up — Free

US Cross-border Shipping (United States)

  • Express International: 2–3 business days, Orders 0–1.5kg — $34.90
  • Standard International: 4–8 business days, Orders 0–0.5kg — $7.90
  • Standard International: 4–8 business days, Orders 0.5–1.5kg — $19.90
  • Standard International: 4–8 business days, Orders 1.5–30kg — $29.90
  • Standard International: 4–8 business days, Orders $100 and up — Free

General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance. We make every effort to ship quickly, but shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

Domestic shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

International shipping carrier: FedEx Express. Please ensure your address can receive courier deliveries. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes outside of the USA.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for damaged or incorrect items. Claims for damages must be made within 3 days of delivery. For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days to initiate an insurance claim.

Order Cancellations & Not Received

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours. Cancellations are not accepted after processing, but returned items are eligible for refunds. Packages not delivered within the expected timeframe will be insured and replaced after claim verification.
